* All data provided on www.devon-mitchells.co.uk is for non-commercial genealogical research only. Any use of this information for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes harvesting of information and media (e.g. photographs, documents etc.) by robots from commercial websites.

* You may use any of this data for your own research, however adding any information from this website, in part or in whole, to any other website that then sells this information via subscription is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to Ancestry.com and Genealogy.com (such as "World Family Tree").

* Family members that are associated with any given tree are given access to living persons. Once approved, You may not publish either in print or electronic form (i.e. another website, message board etc...) any information that is found here that is only available to registered members.

* Non-family members are welcome to sign up for an account and are subject to approval by the site owner and administrator. Non-family members who are approved for account may given the ability to download gedcom files for their research, however living persons are still withheld.
No login is necessary for access to data for individuals who are deceased.

Privacy Policy
* For the consideration and safety of living individuals, personal privacy and security is the utmost concern, especially in today's society. Therefore, the details of living individuals have been securely blocked to those guest and registered users that are not descendants of these Mitchells.

* I highly respect your privacy. If you are a family member and your living information appears on this website, please keep in mind it is only able to be seen by other family members that are descendants of the same original Mitchell who are approved by me to view living people. These often include your immediate family members and cousins. If you would rather not have your personal information available to other family members (such as birth date, photos, or any other personal information), please contact me and I will remove the requested information immediately and completely from this website's database.

User Accounts
* Accounts are free. This is a non-commercial website.

* Requests for accounts may be made by filling out the form on the Request A New Account page.

* The information you provide on the Registration form is only used to determine whether or not to grant you an account. It will not be made available to anyone other than myself for any reason.

* I reserve the right to be the sole decision maker as to who may be a registered account holder and the level of information that can be accessed by each member.
